
Lil' Preneurs Market Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT FOR RENTAL OF BOOTH AT LIL’ PRENEURS MARKET.
By proceeding with payment, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions, which will enter into force upon successful payment for the selected booth rental. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use this site. Failure in abiding by any of the following terms and conditions may result in the Vendor bearing any compensation, penalties and/ or legal fees resulted from the violation. It may also subject Vendor to eviction from this Market and as a result, no refund or any other form of compensation in monetary terms or otherwise, will be awarded to the Vendor concerned. Tanglin Mall and Impressions Kids Club are the official partner and organiser of the ‘ Lil’preneurs Market.
1. Definition
1.1 “Organiser” refers to Tanglin Mall and Impressions Kids Club
1.2 “Applicant” refers to the person who is making a booking of booth and date prior to booking confirmation from the Organiser.
1.3 “Vendor” refers to the person who has successfully made payment for booth rental at ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ and issued with a booking confirmation from the Organiser.
1.4 “Market” refers to ‘ Lil’preneurs Market.
2. Eligibility and Requirements
2.1 The Vendor must be at least 21 years old to make a booking and payment for booth rental.
2.3 Upon request, the Vendor shall produce the official receipt for payment of booth rental and his/her NRIC for verification purpose
2.4 Assignment and/ or contracting of booth by the Vendor to any other person is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment and Confirmation
3.1 Applicant who has selected booth and date for booking, will proceed to pay by either bank transfer or Paynow.
3.2 For payment by bank transfer of fund, the booking will be reserved for 48 hours. Upon confirmation of payment received, a booking confirmation and receipt will be notified via email, otherwise the booking will be void and the booth reserved be released for booking, and a notification of non-booking will be issued by the Organiser via email.
4. Booth Operation
4.1 The current operating hours of the ‘‘Lil’preneurs Market’’ as determined by the Organiser are
11am -3pm, on 27 – 28 Jun 2026for ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ operation.
The Organiser reserves the rights to adjust the operating hours where it deems fit.
4.2 The Vendor is only allowed to set up the allocated booth on the allocated day of ‘Lil’preneurs Market' operation, between 10am – 11am, unless otherwise stated.
4.3 The Vendor who sets up the allocated booth later than the set up time as stipulated in condition 4.1 will be subject to eviction from the ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ and as a result, no refund or any other form of compensation in monetary terms or otherwise, will be awarded to the Vendor concerned.
4.4 The Vendor who did not show up on the allocated day of ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ operation upon
confirmation from the organiser at the ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ will result in full forfeiture of booth rental.
4.5 The Vendor shall pack up and vacate the allocated booth by end time of the marketplace operation, unless otherwise stated.
4.6 Applicant who did not receive any booking confirmation from the Organiser will not be allowed to operate as a Vendor at the selected booth.
4.7 The Vendor is not allowed to relocate to another booth without seeking the permission of the Organiser at all times and shall not shift/ adjust booth set up outside of the permissible space, resulting in the obstruction of other Vendor(s)’ operation and/ or the walkway.
4.8 The Vendor is not allowed to self-help to chair(s), table(s) or clothes-rack(s) from other booth(s).
4.9 Each booth will accommodate a maximum of 3 people, including the Vendor.
4.10 The Vendor shall be responsible for the disposal of his/her booth’s trash and refuse by the end of the market operation. All trash and refuse can be disposed of at litter bins located within the market operating area.
5. Booth Requirements
5.1 Each standard booth comprises one 1.5m x 0.75m table and two plastic chairs. The total space is 1.5 m by 1.15m.
5.2 Extension of table or inclusion of additional chairs, by any other means is strictly prohibited.
5.3 The Vendor is required to clear away any unwanted item or trash at his/ her booth area before vacating the market.
5.4 ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ strictly does NOT allow the Vendor to place his/ her goods or property overnight at the market operating area after operating hours, unless permission is given by organiser.
6. Display and Merchandising Requirements
6.1 The Vendor can only sell merchandise declared at time of booking at the ‘Lil’preneurs Market’.
6.2 Sale of the following items is strictly prohibited:
(a) Food and beverage without approved NEA License
(b) Unlicensed, flammable, banned products or items which violate any trademark or copyright;
(c) Any other items, merchandise or goods that are prohibited by law.
6.3 The Vendor is hereby given notice not to abuse by hanging or sticking anything onto the properties (Tents, Tables, Chairs, etc) provided by the Organiser and/ or properties of Tanglin Mall.
6.4 No products, publication materials or banners are allowed on any part of Tanglin Mall / structure, other than the permissible limits restricted to the assigned booth.
6.5 The Vendor shall not at all times during market operation, engage in messy cheap-selling (of crumpled /used items) on the table/ floor, in boxes/ carriers/ luggage.
7. Change or Cancellation of Booking
7.1 Any request to change or cancel a booking has to be made by the Vendor via email to the Organiser, notifying the request at least 21 days before the date of operation by the Vendor. An Admin-Fee (amounting to 15% of the total booking fee) will be levied for EACH request for change or cancellation.
7.2 No refund or any other form of compensation in monetary terms or otherwise, will be awarded to the Vendor concerned for any change or cancellation within 21 days from the date of market.
8. Laws and Regulations
8.1 The Vendor shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Singapore as imposed by the Government or lawful bodies of the Republic of Singapore (including but is not limited to any item that breaches the intellectual property rights of any third party; any item [including but not limited to cosmetics, food and drinks etc.] that requires the prior approval of the relevant licensing authorities, such as the National Environment Agency (NEA), HSA etc., and for which prior approval have not been obtained; any dangerous, offensive, pornographic or illegal items; any form of alcohol.
9. Conduct and Behavior
9.1 The Vendor is hereby given notice to conduct his/ her business at the ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ operating in a professional manner so as not to give cause for complaints from occupants of Tanglin Mall or the public and to ensure that the image of Organiser is not adversely affected.
9.2 The Vendor shall respect the health and safety of fellow Vendor(s). No acts or threats of physical and/ or verbal violence against another person and disorderly conduct, are allowed.
9.3 The Vendor is hereby given notice to keep the market operating area clean and tidy, and shall not litter, deface or damage the facility. The area must be cleared and kept clean after use, with the waste, boxes, cardboard and refuse properly disposed of in the nearby litter bins.
9.4 No properties within the ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ operating area shall be removed or to be shifted unless prior approval is given by the Organiser.
9.5 The Organiser reserves the rights to report incident(s) of theft to the Police and it shall be dealt with under laws and regulations in Singapore as imposed by the Government or lawful bodies of the Republic of Singapore.
9.6 In the event of any loss/ removal/ damage caused to the ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ operating area and its furnishings/ fixtures, the Vendor will be held liable for the loss, removal or damage and shall pay Organiser such sums as Organiser may determine for the loss or damage caused to the aforesaid.
9.7 In the event that the Vendor contravenes any statute or regulations or which may expose the Organiser to any fine or penalty by reason thereof, the Vendor shall be held fully responsible and liable to pay the full fine or penalty caused to the aforesaid.
10. Indemnity
10.1 The Vendor shall indemnify the Organiser for costs, expenses and claims which the Organiser may incur arising out of or in connection with the sale of the Vendor's merchandise or negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Vendor or its representatives, agents or employees.
10.2 In the event of any legal action or proceeding taken against the Organiser arising from the circumstances stipulated in condition 10.1, the Vendor hereby authorises the Organiser to release information pertaining to Vendor as deemed necessary to such parties taking legal action.
10.3 The Management of Tanglin Mall and the Organiser shall not be held responsible for any dispute or liability arising from the sale of merchandise by the Vendor.
10.4 The Organiser is only involved in the rental of booths within Tanglin Mall premises as designated for ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ operation. All merchandise on sale at the ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ are deemed to belong to the respective Vendors and such Vendor shall assume full responsibility with regard to the quality and authenticity of the merchandise on sale.
10.5 ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ is a Rain or Shine Even and therefore, no refund of booking fee (fully or partially)or any other compensation in monetary terms or otherwise, shall be awarded to the Vendor due to weather elements.
10.6 For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances will the Vendor hold Organiser responsible for any damage, lost or defacement of goods or property on display occurring, during, before or after the operating of ‘Lil’preneurs Market’, no matter how it was caused.
10.7 The Organiser will not be held liable and/or responsible for any injuries, illness and/ or death that occurred before and/ or after and/ or during the operating of ‘Lil’preneurs Market’.
10.8 The Organiser is not responsible for poor sales or bad response during any of ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ operating days, and shall not be obligated to refund or compensate in monetary terms or in kind, as demanded by the Vendor.
10.9 The Organiser reserves the rights to cancel any ‘Lil’preneurs Market’ operating day without any prior notice, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
10.10 The Organiser reserves all rights to ban any Vendor from booking in future in the event of any dispute or violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions.
10.11 The Organiser reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.
10.12 The Organiser reserves the right to reject any booking application based on its absolute sole discretion without assigning any reasons.
10.13 The Organiser reserves the right to terminate a contract immediately by notice in writing to the Vendor without providing any reason. Such termination shall not prejudice the rights and liabilities of either party against the other for any breach of the contract.
11. Photography & Media Release Clause
By registering for and participating in the Lil’preneurs Market, I consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of my child(ren) by the event organiser for the purposes of publicity, marketing, and documentation. This includes but is not limited to use on the organiser’s website, social media platforms, brochures, and media publications. I understand that these materials may be used without further notice, and I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of such media. If I do not wish for my child(ren)’s images to be used, I will notify the organiser in writing at the time of registration.
