Pony Meet-and-Greet + Marine Touch Pool at Impressions Cluny Court
 

This form (“Waiver”) relates to all activities undertaken at Impressions Schoolhouse Pte. Ltd. (“Impressions Kids Club”), including but not limited to the Pony Meet-and-Greet + Marine Touch Pool at Impressions Cluny Court and all related activities provided by Impressions Kids Club within its premises (“Activities”) (“us”, “our”, “we”). All parents, guardians, caregivers, helpers, legal representatives, or accompanying adults (“You” or “Adult”) of the participants, which include without limitation any child/children, ward, or student (collectively, the “Participants” or individually a “Participant”), must submit this Waiver before participating in any Activities.

You agree to abide by the House Rules and any instructions given by the Impressions Kids Club staff at all times.
 

• You warrant that:

  • You are over the age of 18.

  • You are the parent/guardian of the Participants under the age of 12 (or if you are not the parent/guardian, you have authority from the parent/guardian to accept this Waiver on their behalf).

  • To the best of your knowledge, you do not (and have confirmed with the parents/guardians that the Participants do not) have any medical condition(s) which may increase the likelihood of injury or incident during participation in the Activities.

  • Nothing in this Waiver is intended to exclude or limit any liability that may not by law be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence by Impressions Kids Club or its employees or agents.

  • You agree that the Participant shall participate in the Activities, use the facilities provided by Impressions Kids Club (“Impressions Kids Club Facilities”), and enter the premises where the Activities are conducted (“Impressions Kids Club Venue”) at his/her own risk and assumes and accepts all such risks in relation thereto.

  • The Activities may involve interaction with live animals, including ponies and marine creatures such as starfish and sea urchins. Risks may include, but are not limited to, scratches, bites, stings, allergic reactions, slips, falls, cuts, bruises, strains, sprains, or other injuries. You acknowledge and accept these risks.
     

• You agree that Impressions Kids Club has taken all reasonable measures to ensure proper construction and maintenance of its Facilities and has taken all reasonable precautions in providing its services and Activities.
   

• You knowingly and freely assume all responsibility for any risk of lost or stolen property, damage, or personal injury that may be sustained by you, any minor under your care, or your invitees, as a result of participation in the Activities.
  You agree that Impressions Kids Club has taken all reasonable measures to ensure proper construction and maintenance of its Facilities and has taken all reasonable precautions in providing its services and Activities.

• You further agree to release, hold harmless, and defend Impressions Kids Club and its employees, directors, and agents against all claims, liabilities, actions, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising out of:

  • a. Damage to, loss, or destruction of any property;

  • b. Injury, sickness, allergic reaction, or death to you or any minor under your care arising from participation in the Activities; and

  • c. Claims brought by third parties.
     

• You and any Participants under your charge hereby waive, discharge, release, and covenant not to sue Impressions Kids Club and its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, expenses, losses, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, to the fullest extent permitted by law, arising out of participation in the Activities and use of the Impressions Kids Club Venue and Facilities.
   

• You acknowledge that all minors under your charge are in good physical condition and do not have any condition or reason preventing them from safely participating in the Activities.
   

• You agree to replace, at your own expense, or reimburse Impressions Kids Club for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by you or the minors under your charge.
   

• You further acknowledge and confirm that:

  • While Impressions Kids Club works hard to minimise risks, Participants may engage in activities or behave in ways that are unforeseeable and may result in injury, death, or damage to themselves, others, animals, or property.
     

• You are responsible for your own safety and for the safety and supervision of all Participants under your care at all times.
   

• Participants must behave in a safe and respectful manner around the ponies, marine animals, staff, and other guests.
   

• You shall ensure that any Participant in your care is supervised at all times and does not behave in a manner that may cause danger or discomfort to themselves, others, or the animals involved in the Activities.
   

• Impressions Kids Club staff will not be responsible for supervising you or any Participant under your care.
   

• Participants may be required to wear non-slip socks or appropriate footwear during certain activities.
   

• You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by Impressions Kids Club for administrative and operational purposes relating to the Activities.
   

• You will comply with all signs, notices, directions, instructions, or requests from Impressions Kids Club staff. Impressions Kids Club reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or cancel any person’s participation in the Activities without refund or compensation for non-compliance, unsafe behaviour, reckless conduct, or where circumstances require it for safety or operational reasons.
   

• Photography & Media Release: Clause By registering for and participating in the Pony Meet-and-Greet + Marine Touch Pool at Impressions Cluny Court, I consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of myself and/or my child(ren) by the organiser for publicity, marketing, and documentation purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on the organiser’s website, social media platforms, brochures, and media publications. I understand that such materials may be used without further notice and that no compensation will be provided for such use. If I do not wish for my child(ren)’s images to be used, I will notify the organiser in writing at the time of registration.
