Cancellation Policy

Rules & Regulations To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and positive experience for all participants, vendors and accompanying parents/guardians must comply with the following: 1. Professional Conduct Participants must behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Abusive, threatening, disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsiderate behaviour will not be tolerated. 2. Cleanliness & Housekeeping Participants are responsible for keeping their booth area clean and tidy throughout the event. All rubbish, packaging, boxes, and waste must be properly disposed of. Booths must be cleared and left clean at the end of the event. 3. Mall Property & Fixtures Participants must not move, remove, alter, or interfere with any mall furniture, fixtures, equipment, or event property without prior approval from the organiser. 4. Security & Personal Belongings Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their own products, cash, and personal belongings. Suspected theft or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities. 5. Damage to Property Participants are responsible for any loss of or damage to the event space, mall property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment caused by them. The organiser reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any repair or replacement costs. 6. Compliance with Laws & Regulations Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, mall requirements, and organiser guidelines. Breaches may result in removal from the event and liability for any resulting penalties, losses, or damages. 7. Organiser's Rights The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, remove prohibited items, require changes to booth displays, or terminate participation without refund if these Rules & Regulations are not followed. 8. Social Media Promotion Participants are encouraged to create at least one social media post or story before the event to promote their booth and encourage event attendance. Posts should clearly include: Venue: Tanglin Mall Event date and time Products being sold Participants may invite Tanglin Mall and Impressions Kids Club as collaborators. All collaboration content must be submitted for approval before posting. Collaboration tagging is subject to organiser approval.
